Rub on your skin every night before bed. Apply a few drops on the neck, under armpits, belly (abdomen), and groin. The benefits of this magnesium lotion may also be applied to your chest, arms, back, or legs. And may apply a couple of drops on the scalp at the crown/top area if you experience fine hair. Wash hands after applying to avoid getting the magnesium in the eyes.
