INSTRUCTIONS
Saturate hair with warm water and apply a moderate amount of this shampoo. Massage it into the scalp for 1 minute and then rinse with warm water. Apply a conditioner if you desire.

This hair conditioner may be placed in the fridge overnight for next-day use. Spray a fair amount on your hair as a nourishing leave-in conditioner. Also, massage a small amount into the scalp for a few seconds.

This tonic may be used as a leave-in or a rinse. If you using this product as a rinse, leave it in 20-60 minutes, or just leave-in overnight. And then rinse the hair/scalp the next day.
